Privacy policy
Weez Beez ·
1. Controller and scope
Weez Beez is operated by Burak Şendağ, Türkiye. Privacy contact: weezbeezgames@gmail.com. This policy covers weezbeez.com, its browser games, mobile games linking to this policy and the advertising exchange partner portal. Features and providers vary by game, version and platform. Reading this policy or using a service does not itself constitute consent.
2. Information and purposes
We process IP addresses, request times, requested resources, browser/device details and referrers to deliver services and investigate abuse. Games may store progress and preferences locally. Server features may process player IDs, display names, platforms, scores, results and times; leaderboards expose names and scores. Embed reports may include embedding domains and sample page URLs. The portal stores partner accounts, password hashes, permissions and login security records. Email support processes your address and message. Stores process payments; we do not directly collect card details, but may process purchase verification information.
3. Score hosting
Depending on the game, scores and related player records are held on Cloudflare infrastructure or the weezbeez.com server. This does not mean every game uses both. Cloudflare is therefore also a relevant infrastructure provider; its configuration, data locations and retention need game-specific verification.
4. Analytics and advertising
Google Analytics and Firebase Analytics may process usage events, sessions, app/device identifiers and diagnostics. Mobile advertising providers include AdMob, AppLovin and Unity Ads; depending on configuration and permissions, they may process advertising IDs, IP addresses, device details, interactions and approximate location for delivery, measurement, fraud prevention and permitted personalisation. House Ads and Exchange promote our games and partner ads and measure impressions/clicks by ad, game, platform, placement, partner and approximate country. Not every provider operates in every game.
5. External connections
The advertising engine may request country information from api.country.is or GeoJS, exposing your IP and connection details to them; this is not GPS positioning. YouTube players/thumbnails may send connection and device information to Google. Google Fonts requests may also expose your IP independently of the optional choices. Following an ad or store link takes you to that provider; campaign parameters may accompany it.
6. Games on Famobi and Poki
Some games are published through Famobi and Poki. Those platforms manage their advertising and consent interfaces; their versions may include Google advertising such as AdSense. Consult the platform’s privacy policy and settings for its processing. A choice on weezbeez.com does not automatically govern those platforms. Our responsibilities for any data our own code processes remain; platform-version integrations still need an inventory.
7. Cookies and choices
The new website consent panel is not yet generally available. Browser settings can restrict cookies and local storage; this may affect saved progress. The planned wb_consent_v1 / 180-day consent record is not yet a site-wide feature. Other storage includes weezha_recent (recent ads), wz_geo (session country), wb_play_<gameId> (play counting; 30-minute check), wbx (portal session) and wz_nocount (operator test exclusion). Games have additional local storage; clearing it may erase progress. Mobile uses Google UMP and, on iOS, Apple ATT; these are separate controls and availability varies by version.
8. Grounds for processing
Depending on the activity and applicable law, the relevant grounds are necessity to provide requested contractual services, legal obligations, security and abuse-prevention interests where balanced against individual rights, or consent where required for optional analytics, advertising and external content. Under the Turkish KVKK, the corresponding conditions must apply to the particular processing. This policy itself is not consent and does not authorise optional processing.
9. Recipients and international processing
Recipients may include Contabo hosting, Google/Firebase, the advertising providers above, YouTube, country lookup services, store platforms and authorities where legally required. Partners receive their advertising performance reports; leaderboard information is public. Processing may occur outside your country. The applicable transfer mechanisms, recipient roles and mediation partners require confirmation; no unverified safeguard or EU-only storage is asserted. Contabo — Hub Europe · Lauterbourg · FR · EU.
10. Retention
Reviewed code keeps daily advertising breakdowns for about 90 days and play-count breakdowns for about 180 days; cumulative totals are not automatically deleted on those schedules. IP rate limits use 10-minute windows and old entries are cleaned on subsequent writes. No verified complete schedule yet exists for player records, logs, embed records, portal security records, backups or support messages. Provider retention also depends on service settings; browser storage can persist until cleared or expired. Arrows League scores are not automatically removed for inactivity. Local data backups are created daily; automatic deletion after 30 days is not yet enabled.
11. Young users
The confirmed Android target groups are 13–15, 16–17 and 18+ for Logic Master 1, Logic Master 2 and Kutup Esprileri; 16–17 and 18+ for Find in Mind; and 18+ for Micro Rush, Arrows League and Aegean Tavern. These seven declarations do not target under-13s. Store content ratings are different from target audiences. This does not establish age verification or equivalent web/iOS settings. Contact us about inappropriate processing involving a child; protections for minors require app-specific verification.
12. Rights, security and updates
Depending on applicable law, you may request information, access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, object to processing, withdraw consent prospectively and complain to a competent authority, including the Turkish KVKK authority where applicable. Contact weezbeezgames@gmail.com with the game and relevant player ID; do not send passwords or unnecessary identity documents. We may verify a request proportionately and handle our own processing, not merely refer you elsewhere. Device privacy controls do not automatically change every service preference. We use access controls and other safeguards; no system is risk-free. Published changes will carry a revision date; significant changes may require further notice. Under the Turkish KVKK, rights also include learning whether data is processed, its purposes and proper use, and domestic/foreign recipients; requesting correction, deletion/destruction where conditions apply and notification to recipients; objecting to adverse results of solely automated analysis; and seeking redress for harm caused by unlawful processing.
